Realizing the importance of our human body is crucial to our happiness. Taking care of it is fulfilling and satisfying. Just think about taking a shower, getting a massage, or how great it feels to be touched. What I also find very fulfilling is sport! A full day in the sun playing volleyball on the beach, going out in nature for a hike, or even in the city for a walk. Those are the moments when we are most aware of our body.
Now, recent research has also shown that being aware of your body even helps prevent and detect Cancer!
Most breast Cancer is found by self examination, but we don't have to let it get that far!
A breast stores high levels of chemicals from our environment within the fatty tissue. Human breast milk has shown traces of household cleaning products! We take it in through our skin and breathing ways. Because of a lack of muscle in the breast, the tissue cannot move these contaminants out, so we need to help!
Wearing a tight Bra can limit the blood flow and cause infections to develop. Wear your bra comfortably loose and without any wires to help oxygen and antioxidants to circulate freely.
Simply massaging you breasts moves the bacteria and viruses out of the breast tissue over the lymphatic system. The physical pressure helps bring nutrients to the tissues and regulate the cells back to a normal growth pattern. Research has shown, that cells that are effectively squeezed, stop growing, while the untouched cells continue to grow and these could lead to cancer!
This a great time for all of us boys and girls!! So squeeze with ease whenever you can!! Make sure to use only herbal (not essential) oils and stay away from mineral based scented oil. Most conventional moisturizers contain a large amount of toxic ingredients which seek fatty tissue i.e. (Boobs) to settle in and go straight into the bloodstream. Just use Olive oil or coconut oil that works perfectly fine.
Massaging your breast is natural and as we have found out very important! It keeps our breast skin healthy and supple adding resiliency to the breast tissue. It also helps in breaking down scar tissues after surgeries, and preventing and detecting cancer! Get to know yourself and body so you are aware of any possible changes and needs, as this is the language of the Mind-Body connection.
If you are the one getting massaged then kick back, relax and enjoy it as a calming meditation. If you are the one giving a massage, be very gentle. Using kneading spiral motions, slowly twist the breast clockwise and counter-clockwise. Try to be even more gentle in the nipple area as rough handling can damage or alter the shape.
It is also very sexually pleasing so whenever you're looking for a good time with your loved one why not start with a boob massage ;)
